How to use: 

-Use in the evening after toner and serum.

- Apply an appropriate amount evenly over the face and neck.

- Gently massage until the capsules melt and are fully absorbed.

- Start by using 1–2 times per week, then increase frequency as tolerated.

- Apply sunscreen every morning while using retinol.
