How to use:

• - Wash your face with a gentle cleanser and apply your regular toner or essence first.
  - Use any lightweight serums or treatments before your cream.
  - Take a coin or rice-grained amount of the cream and spread it evenly across your face and neck.
  - Gently tap and press your hands against your skin to help the visible ceramide capsules break down, melt, and absorb completely.
  - Dab an extra small dot onto rough, flaky, or extra-dry areas like your cheeks or around your nose.
